WorldWide Logistics

A community and economic impact

WorldWide Logistics, a rapidly growing provider of transportation and logistics solutions across the U.S., recently completed an 80,000 SF, two-story office building serving as its corporate headquarters and call center. Designed to accommodate 620 employees, the facility includes a mix of private and open office spaces, collaborative areas, and modern amenities that support employee engagement and operational efficiency.

Leading through the challenges

Taylor REP served as the Owner’s Representative throughout the project, overseeing construction, FF&E coordination, change management, and relocation services. With full design and construction oversight, Taylor REP ensured that the project remained aligned with the Owner’s goals at every phase—from concept through occupancy.

Taylor REP also led the RFP process for all Owner-held contracts, including furniture, technology, signage, and equipment. The investment was not initially an all-team consensus, However, after a comprehensive cost and lifecycle evaluation paired with a cultural impact survey all prepared by Taylor REP, the decision was unanimous to invest in new furniture and equipment. While working closely with WorldWide Logistics leadership, we developed and implemented a comprehensive change management strategy that supported a smooth transition to the new workspace.

Delivering a positive employee transition

Relocation was executed in three well-planned phases. More than 500 employees received clear, timely communication and were well-prepared to move. The result: a smooth transition with minimal disruption. Staff quickly adapted to their new environment, utilizing upgraded furniture, advanced technology, and collaborative spaces designed to support productivity and well-being.

As with all projects, Taylor REP acted as an extension of the Owner’s team—advocating for their best interests, managing risk, solving problems proactively, and ensuring a successful outcome.

Building Strong Projects and
Strong Partnerships

“From my point of view, all of us will truly be indebted to Jaclyn for everything she has done. Bottom line is simple: We could not have done this without Jaclyn. That I am 100% certain of. The attention to detail, ability to get things done, while at the same time respecting the team and keeping us focused is unparalleled.”
