Maintaining Project Progress

Osmundson Manufacturing, a leading producer of tilling and cultivation tools for the agricultural industry, partnered with Taylor REP for a major mechanical and structural upgrade to their headquarters and production facility in Perry, Iowa.

Taylor REP worked closely with the Owner, Woodruff Construction, ISG, and other key stakeholders to ensure consistent project progress and timely communication. Jaclyn’s collaborative approach enabled the Owner to make informed decisions at critical junctures throughout the project.

Contract Procurements for Owner Investments

In addition to managing infrastructure improvements, Taylor REP led the planning and coordination of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) for the renovated locker rooms, office areas, and meeting spaces.

Minimizing Disruption for Business Success

Minimizing disruption to Osmundson’s production and operations was essential. In partnership with Jaclyn, the team developed and implemented flexible scheduling strategies to execute the scope of work, to reduce operational impact and mitigate risk, and meet safety requirements.

An Advocate Through The Challenges

As the project evolved, significant unforeseen challenges emerged. Taylor REP provided strategic guidance to help the Owner prioritize budget allocations and focus on critical components that would influence later project phases and long-term performance. The challenges required difficult conversations and questions to be asked of the design and trade partners. With a collaborative and direct approach, an urgency was created, and a path to completion was realized.
