Musco Sports Lighting, a global leader in innovative lighting solutions, engaged Taylor REP to support the delivery of their 70,000 SF ground-up expansion in Oskaloosa, Iowa. Taylor REP was brought on during the early stages of construction to support field coordination and communications, review technology design for workforce needs, provide finishes coordination, manage FF&E procurement and installation, and oversee change management processes.

Delivering a team driven project to meet client’s needs

Working closely with Musco’s internal facilities and project teams, Neumann Brothers, and a range of specialty contractors, Taylor REP helped deliver the project more than a month ahead of schedule. We supported a seamless transition, relocating staff into the new facility quickly and with minimal disruption to operations.

Offering expertise for a dynamic space needs

The new space was designed to serve both internal teams and international visitors, reflecting Musco’s growth and its commitment to cutting-edge technology developed over the past 50 years. The project featured complex, interactive displays and learning environments that required detailed coordination and innovative technological solutions; particularly in electrical and low-voltage systems. Taylor REP provided consistent on-site oversight, attending weekly site walks, participating in OAC meetings, and collaborating directly with Musco’s leadership. We ensured alignment between design intent, materials, and execution, while keeping quality standards and key milestones at the forefront. Meeting the project timeline was a top priority for Musco, and Taylor REP played a critical role in driving progress and maintaining focus during the final stages of construction.
