Kreg Tool Company successfully completed its new 150,000 SF global headquarters in late 2021, unifying warehouse, production, international shipping, and corporate office operations under one roof. This purpose-built facility was designed to support long-term growth, enhance efficiency, and reflect Kreg’s culture and brand.

The 100,000 SF warehouse was optimized for streamlined inventory management and efficient outbound logistics with key distribution partners. Adjacent to the warehouse, a two-story, 50,000 SF office space was developed to elevate the employee experience and foster cross-functional collaboration.

A partner ensuring quality and ease

Taylor REP served as the Owner’s Representative throughout the construction, FF&E, and transition phases of the project. Taylor REP closely managed construction quality, schedule, and field coordination while also supporting warehouse systems planning, equipment integration, and full FF&E project management.

A positive experience through cultural change

Taylor REP led the development of a comprehensive change management and relocation strategy. The office transition was completed in a single, seamless phase—achieved through proactive communication, clear leadership alignment, and a strong focus on employee experience. The warehouse and production relocation was executed over four carefully staged days, supported by a six-month ramp-up strategy that adjusted production schedules and pre-positioned inventory to ensure zero disruption to customer service.

Throughout the project, Taylor REP held design and construction partners accountable to budget, timeline, and quality standards. Our disciplined project execution enabled Kreg Tool to open its new headquarters on time, on budget, and with uninterrupted operations.
