Iowa Trust & Savings Bank, originally established in Emmetsburg, Iowa, is a growing financial institution with a strategic vision to expand its brand and client base into Central Iowa. As part of this growth, Iowa Trust selected a highly visible site on a prominent Hickman Road corner in Clive, Iowa, for the development of a new 15,000 SF, two-story facility.
