Founder Jaclyn Taylor limits her active client list to just two or three at a time, ensuring each project and the people receive the attention deserved. Taylor REP is based in West Des Moines, Iowa. For projects within a 120-mile radius, Jaclyn is available for in-person support multiple times per week. For projects beyond that range, she offers in-person site visits 3–4 times per month, supplemented with frequent virtual meetings to ensure consistent engagement and communication.

Taylor REP collaborates closely with the core decision-makers of each organization. This often includes C-suite executives, facility managers, human resources leaders, employee champions, and other stakeholders identified as the project evolves. Taylor REP is hired to:

• To have a single point person that provides real time information to the Owner group and updates of the day to day on the project site
• Leadership trusts they have an advocate dedicated just to them promoting a higher level of confidence in the project team and project success
• The details are managed supporting Owner group decision making

• The things that keep the leadership up at night will be anything but the project progress and success

The goal is to align the full team around a shared vision and strategy from day one. Jaclyn works collaboratively, optimizing the client experience. She provides solutions and ideas with the collective vision, company culture, and desired outcomes in mind.

Time commitment is very important to Jaclyn and she believes it is critical for the success of the project and a positive client experience. Time dedicated to a project will vary depending on the phase and complexity of each project. On average, clients can expect 20–25 hours per week of dedicated attention per project. Clear expectations are discussed and agreed upon during the proposal negotiation phase to ensure alignment from the start.
