Where does Taylor REP operate?

Taylor REP is based in West Des Moines, Iowa. For projects within a 120-mile radius, Jaclyn is available for in-person support multiple times per week. For projects beyond that range, she offers in-person site visits 3–4 times per month, supplemented with frequent virtual meetings to ensure consistent engagement and communication.

What is Taylor REP’s fee structure?

The fee structure is tailored to suit each client’s specific requirements and internal processes. Once the scope of work, timeline and objectives have been determined for your project, fee options that support your priorities will be presented. Fees can be based on a percentage of the total project cost, an hourly fee, a monthly retainer, or a combination of these. Taylor REP applies a distinctive and comprehensive approach that creates overall project efficiencies. With extensive experience, Taylor REP proactively manages progress and recognizes when, why, and how decisions should be made to help minimize costs and ensure inclusive design and construction practices aligned with project team standards. Clients of Taylor REP consistently realize savings equal to or greater than the cost of engaging our services.

Who typically engages Taylor REP’s services?

Taylor REP collaborates closely with the core decision-makers of each organization. This often includes C-suite executives, facility managers, human resources leaders, employee champions, and other stakeholders identified as the project evolves. Taylor REP is hired to:

  • To have a single point person that provides real time information to the Owner group and updates of the day to day on the project site

How much time does Taylor REP dedicate to each client?

Time commitment is very important to Jaclyn and she believes it is critical for the success of the project and a positive client experience. Time dedicated to a project will vary depending on the phase and complexity of each project. On average, clients can expect 20–25 hours per week of dedicated attention per project. Clear expectations are discussed and agreed upon during the proposal negotiation phase to ensure alignment from the start.
